Hello All,

We are so excited to finally be getting to the fun part of the season! There is LOTS of information in this email.  Please read it carefully.

  1. Next week's (9/7-9/11) practice schedule:
Monday - 9th and JV courts are 10am-Noon and Varsity is 9-11:30am.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are 6am-9am for All athletes. Virtual+ athletes will need to be picked up by 9:20.
Friday is no practice because we have scrimmages that night.  In-Person athletes will be expected to be at school and in Study Hall by 8:20am. Virtual+ will need to be online as directed by their invite to class.
  2. Mandatory Parent Meetings:
We must have parent meetings at the beginning of the season per district policy.  It is mandatory a parent attend.  We will send your child an invite on WebEx for them to open for you to attend.  Times for the meeting are still be determined. We will discuss the season, expectations, booster club info, fundraisers, guidelines for games, and a variety of other items.
-9th grade and players new to the district - will be Sept. 9th. at 6:30pm.
    -10th-12th grade - will be Sept. 10th. at 6:30pm
  3. Scorekeeping Meeting:
On Sept. 12th, prior to scrimmages, we will have a parent meeting at Hebron in the library, starting at 8:30am.  There will be a sign-up as you enter.  We will discuss the purpose of this meeting during the Mandatory Meetings on Sept. 9th and 10th.
  4. Impact testing:
All incoming 9th and 11th graders, as well as new to the district MUST complete Impact testing as instructed in this attachment.   Your child will need a mouse to complete the test online.  If you do not have a mouse for them to use, they will need to touch base with us at school and we can help them to get access.
  5. Scrimmages are Sept. 11th and Sept. 12th - Schedules/times are attached.  These are "practice" games.  A chance for all the teams to be reminded of game etiquette and procedures while playing against other teams.
  6. In-Person vs Virtual+:
All athletes should have registered for In-Person learning or Virtual plus (+) learning.  I've attached a Learning Pathway powerpoint to this,  for you to watch and understand the procedures involved with these choices. To be Virtual+, the athlete MUST have a ride from campus to make it home for their virtual portion of school.
  7. Teams will be determined by Sept. 8th and we will communicate will the athletes on that day.
